This is a sensual and symbolic series of pictorial revelations in which the artist Maria-Renata Kukul explores the fragile boundary between the outer and inner worlds of a person. Through contrasting images - a heart, flowers, fish, a plastic bottle, corporeality - she engages in a dialogue about the fragility, elegance and power of the inner light that breaks through trauma, ecological catastrophes and social conventions.
